Ring Resizing

Farr’s Jewelry offers one complimentary ring sizing with the purchase of a ring within 90 days. If you know the ring size when purchasing the ring, we can size it before shipping it. If you don’t know the size or don’t have time to size the ring, you can return the ring to Farr’s, and we will size it at no cost. If you send the ring back to Farr’s for sizing, you are responsible for any shipping and insurance to deliver the ring to Farr’s, but Farr’s will cover the shipping and insurance to return the sized ring back to you. A personal visit to our store for ring sizing increases the confidence that the sizing will be accurate.

Sizing and alternations to your purchase may delay your shipment. Any subsequent resize may be subject to resize fees.

*Once we resize your ring, it may not be refundable or exchangeable. If sized or altered by another retailer, your jewelry may not be refundable or exchangeable. 

If you decide to return your ring to us for sizing, please refer to Shipping Instructions.

Other Alterations

If you would like to have an item other than a ring altered or adjusted, please call the store at 801-621-7666 or email sales@farrsjewelry.com to discuss the alteration.

Refund Policy

Items returned in new condition and within 30 days are eligible for a full refund (see exceptions for cameras/electronics). No Refunds on special orders. Cash purchases: checks will be issued 15 days after the date of

purchase; Credit Card and debit card refunds will be refunded back to same card used to make the purchase. To get a full refund or return credit, goods must be accompanied by a receipt and returned in new condition and original undamaged box with original packing materials documents and certificates.

Refund Policy for Cameras/Electronics

Unopened box: refund within 14 days. Open-box: credit or exchange within 30 days.

Missing items, blemishes, or wear will lower refund value.

Non-Returnable Items

  • NO REFUNDS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY, SPECIAL ORDERS, ANY ENGRAVED ITEM, OR WATCHES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN.
  • If a ring has been altered, sized, or modified, the refund amount may be reduced.
  • Returns sent C.O.D., or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
  • Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

Farr’s Jewelry reserves the right to charge Restocking fees & Refurbishing fees on any returned merchandise that shows signs of wear.

If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once the inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. Return & Refund email will be sent to email once the refund is processed

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Credit Card and Debit Card Purchases will be refunded back to the Credit Card/ Debit Card used to make the original purchase.

Returns- Shipping

How to prepare a for shipping to Farr’s Jewelry:

  • Call 801-621-7666 and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code.
  • Include this RMA on the inside of the package with the items you are returning. Include a copy of your receipt and contact information.
  • Package your return, including all original packaging material, documents, and certificates.
  • COD is not Accepted
  • Farr’s Jewelry will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages that are shipped to us.

For security reasons, only write “Farr and CO” on the outside of the box, do not use the word Jewelers or Jewelry.

INSURE YOUR PACKAGE and add tracking capability. We recommend that you securely package your items in packing materials and fully insure them for the retail price. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Once return is received, inspected, and return approved, the refund will be processed with 5 Business Days.

If you would like to have an item other than a ring altered or adjusted, please call the store at 801-621-7666 or email

sales@farrsjewelry.com to discuss the alteration.

Online Ordering

  • Orders placed during regular hours will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. Please allow 3 to 6 days for orders to be processed and shipped.
  • Item availability: Some items are one of a kind, no longer available, temporarily out of stock or sold out. We will contact you via phone or email if any of the items you selected are no longer available.
  • We will call you to confirm any order over $500.00. Farr’s Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or withhold shipment of any order we suspect is fraudulent or suspicious.
  • All jewelry purchases will come in a jewelry box and will include our Farr’s Jewelry green gift bag.
  • To request Rush Orders or Special Request, please call 1-801-621-7666
  • SALES TAX: Federal and UT State sales tax will be collected on sales
  • To Cancel or modify your order: Immediately Call 801-621-7666 to submit request. 
    All modifications or cancellations must be made before the order is processed and shipped.
    Allow 24 – 48 hours. We will attempt to make changes before shipping confirmation. 
    Changes could result in a shipping delay.

    *We cannot make changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have been shipped.

    * If your order has shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

*If a package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment, AND contact us immediately at 801-621-7666. If any portion of your order is damaged, please contact us before returning the items. Please retain all shipping materials for pick up and/or inspection. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse items for a refund or return that do not follow these standards.

*If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses at our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express, or other special services used at your discretion.

Insurance & Shipping Rate

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States except to P.O. Boxes. All orders over $500 will be confirmed by phone before shipping.

All sales are shipped USPS, FedEx, or UPS and are fully insured. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR ALL USPS and FEDEX DELIVERIES.

Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery and expedited order service on some items, may be requested for an additional fee by contacting us at 801-621-7666

We are committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays, weather conditions, unexpected holiday shipping delays, carrier volume, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

Diamond Trade In

We are proudly one of the only jewelers to offer a full diamond trade-in giving you 100% of your original diamond purchase price towards a future diamond.

Can I return a ring if I change my mind?

We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of purchase. If a ring has been altered, sized, or modified, additional charges may apply.

Financing & Layaway

Financing Options available thru Wells Fargo and Synchrony OAC. Layaways are 2 months interest-free, after which the account will be assessed at 1.5% per month until the purchase is paid in full. Layaway payments of at least 10% of the original balance or $10.00 (whichever is greater) must be made monthly. If two consecutive monthly payments are missed, item(s) will be returned to stock, and no refunds will be given.
